We want to give our most gracious thanks to the King William Public Schools Education Foundation and the VA STAR Program for their donation of laptops to our cause!
The Virginia Student Training and Refurbishment Program (VA STAR) is a program where students in the King William school system refurbish surplus hardware from various state agencies. Now these laptops can go to help change lives by enabling internet access and education in Pignon, Haiti.
Special thanks to Michael Embrey from VA STAR for taking the initiative in setting up this donation, and Acquinton Elementary School for hosting this event!
Thank you King William Public Schools and VA STAR!
